In addition, the demands of energy saving have been increased due to the change of national policy paradigm on the energy and the global environmental regulations due to climate changes. The trend will be continued to pressure the managements of the enterprises and also will play a big burden for personal and national operations.
The Company R&C Center develops the technologies and new businesses to enhance the energy efficiency, and performs multiple R&D works to save the energy in the buildings and industries.

Define optimal design plan by LCC evaluation to analyze the building loads and select the most economic system using the programs such as RTS-SAREK (domestic), Elite, E-II (overseas), and so on, and develop operating technology to save energy and enhance efficiency at the maintenance stage
Optimal technology development for pipe network of equipment system
Review the pipe network with hydraulic calculation by PIPENET/SPRINKLER MODULE program developed according to 13, 15, and 16 of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guideline to install sprinkler system, and develop the design technology to define the optimal design of firefighting equipment
